"We had a delicious Thai lunch with a great variety of dishes! The food was flavorful and perfectly seasoned — especially the curry and the stir-fried morning glory. The crispy wontons were light and crunchy, and the rice noodles went really well with the spicy dipping sauce. Everything tasted so authentic and freshly made. The atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were refreshing. Definitely a place worth coming back to!"

"Love the food and the atmosphere here! Been craving for jumbo river prawns! My Thai husband said there’s a legendary Thai food in Bangkok that serves them. After we tried it, we couldn’t wait to come back again. The portion was huge and the taste was absolutely delicious! Definitely recommending this place to friends and family. Don’t forget to order their mango sticky rice smoothie and desserts, it’s one of the best desserts that we ate in Bangkok"

"Based on my very limited time in Bangkok, I’m guessing that this was a bit more expensive than what I might have been able to find a bit more research. But it was sure worth the money. River prawns were so fresh that the heads had no ‘funk’ whatsoever. Crab omelette was fluffy with crispy edges. Even the fried rice and stir fried vegetables were impressive. Comfortable setting and the service was lovely."

"Best meal we had in Bangkok. We made a reservation for 12:00 p.m., and when we arrived, the restaurant still had many tables available. The staff were very friendly and took the time to recommend their signature dishes. We ordered the curry crab, stir‑fried cabbage, and crabmeat fried rice. Wow—the simple cabbage, cooked with fish sauce, was totally unexpected and paired perfectly with the curry crab. The crabmeat fried rice, however, was a slight disappointment as there wasn’t much crab in the dish. The blended watermelon juice was refreshing, and we were lucky to get a table by the window, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable."

"We enjoyed the food that we ordered, unfortunately we could only have 3 dishes for 2 persons as we were not really hungry. The signature crabmeat in spicy yellow curry with betel leaf was delicious with the generous amount of chunky crabmeat, we truly enjoyed the stir fried oyster with egg as well as the stir fried Chinese kale with salted crispy pork. Service was attentive and dining area was pleasant and not overly crowded. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic quality seafood in a comfortable environment."

"No wonder they have survived for half a century, the taste made us cry super yum! The seafood also very fresh. Our fav are grilled giant prawn, tomyum seafood, and stir fried jumbo crab meat in yellow curry sauce. I think they put the right composition and portion of spices so that the taste is balanced and delicious, they blow my tongue.We love the desert also kale frappe & sticky rice mango smoothie, can't describe how satisfied we are. They also provide children's dining chair, very comfortable for family time. Btw this branch also near bts chid lom. Love it"

While it’s a little on the pricey side, every dollar spent was absolutely worth it. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Deep-Fried Seabass in Fish Sauce with Mango Salad. The seabass was perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside, coated in that addictive sweet-savoury fish sauce. The refreshing mango salad cut through the richness beautifully — I could literally finish 2 bowls of rice just with this dish alone! The Tom Yum Goong with River Prawn was just as impressive — rich, spicy, sour, and packed with huge, fresh river prawns. The flavours were bold and authentic, exactly how Thai food should be. Premium fresh ingredients Strong, authentic Thai flavours Generous portions Comfortable dining environment If you’re craving top-tier Thai cuisine in the heart of Bangkok, Savoey at Chidlom is definitely worth a visit. "Is one of the best Thai food I ever had in Bangkok. Been here for at least 5 times, is a “must eat”restaurant whenever I travel to Bangkok. The restaurant is at level 2 of The Mercury Ville, the place is spacious, clean and bright with day light. The best dishes are fried fish, roasted pork collar, pineapple rice, steamed fish, and I just tried their stewed pork today and it was so juicy and tender."
